Lead Generation
B2B startups are built on leads. I collaborate with startups to build lead gen frameworks (from a conceptual funnel to CRM rules and automations) to ensure you're capturing the right leads. I also help startups determine the optimal CPL (cost per lead).
Industry Research
I've met quite a few startups who can't name their competitors. They also are not familiar with regulations that msy pertain specifically to their industry, or generally to their sales & marketing strategy. Good thing I love to dig into the weeds and create briefs that can help startups better understand their environment.
